Q : How much is a walk ? A : £10.00 or £15.00 per hour
Q : How many walks do you do in a normal day ? A : 2 or 3
Q : How many dogs can you take at a time ? A : Maximum of 6 per handler.
Q : Do you have separate cages / sections in your van or is it “open” ? A : The inside of the cargo area is divided into 4 separate sections, 1 containing a large crate with an additional small crate on top.
Q : How can I trust somebody I barely know, with my home, pet(s) and keys? Are they safe in your care?
A: I have full public liability insurance for cat care, dog walking and transporting pets in my van. I have held a clean driving licence for as long as I have been driving. Customers keys are held in a key safe overnight and taken out when caring for your pets only. Addresses and names are not attached, they are colour coded only. I have many references from past and present customers covering both services I provide. Please visit my references page to view.
Q : What happens in an emergency?
A : All new customers are given an insurance waiver, where I request an emergency contact number and vets address and contact details. If any problems were to arise you would be contacted immediately and I would never hesitate to take your pets to your vets.
Q : Can I contact you and will you contact me?
A : I can send update texts with how your pet is getting on with their walks and with the other dogs or any other queries you may have. You are also more than welcome to call me for a chat about how your pet is getting on. I am always available to talk in and around working hours.
Q : I have irregular work patterns given at short notice, can you cater for this?
A : Absolutely!! I understand some people's work schedule can not be helped through no fault of their own and this can leave you in a awkward situation with caring for your pets. All I ask is for 24 hours notice, if possible. Many of my customers have irregular work patterns and to have me a phone call away has been a life saver for them. They can go to work and not have to worry about their pets being alone or not being walked.
